ALAC Officer
Bathsheba Tagwai, Program Manager and Senior Legal Officer: A lawyer with over fourteen (14) years post-call to bar experience working in the public sector as well as civil society and a member of the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA). She is responsible for managing the implementation of anti-corruption and human rights projects implemented by CISLAC as well as the Advocacy and Legal Advice Centre (ALAC).

Amy Oyinyechi Onwumere
Legal & Program Associate CISLAC
Onyinyechi Amy Onwumere holds a Master's Degree in International Commercial Law from Brunel University London, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor's Degree in Public International Law from the University of Abuja, Nigeria. She also has Certifications in areas such as - Key Essentials: Sustainable Development Goals and the Law (University of Cambridge, United Kingdom); Leading Change Through Policymaking (British Council); and Governance in Conflict States (United States Institute of Peace). With Seven (7) years of work experience in the Development Sector providing program and communication support, Amy has implemented projects supported by major and notable international partners such as the MacArthur Foundation, Transparency International, European Union, USAID, National Democratic Institute NDI, etc. that focus on good governance, social inclusion and access to justice. In addition, Amy is passionate about causes in human rights promotion and volunteers her skills in such areas during her spare time.
