OUR STORY
This department works to assess CISLAC’s performance with respect to projects contributing to programmes areas in line with strategic plan. The department systemically and professionally manages the organization’s programme and projects for results, through continuous monitoring and conduct of Baseline, Mid-line and end-line evaluations and documentation of findings for the purpose of Transparency and social Accountability, Effective Resource Allocation, Learning and Evidence-based decision making so as to improve Performance in current and future management of outputs, outcomes and overall impact.
MEET OUR TEAM
Falmata Lawan Baba
Assistant Officer Monitoring and Evaluation
Falmata Baba Lawan is an M&E Officer with over 2 years of experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in medical Radiography from the University of Maiduguri (2018) and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public health at Ahmadu Bello University. She also has certificates in Project Management and Human Resource Management. Ms. Lawan has monitored and evaluated over 12 projects implemented by CISLAC, conducted baseline and outcome assessments for gender-based violence (GBV), and supported the restructuring of existing M&E plans for key projects within CISLAC. Additionally, she has developed monitoring tools for various departmental interventions.
